If your Retirement £inancial Freedom Map does not show you how to achieve your financial goals, then we’ll not charge you and give £50 to your favourite Charity.
Part Two: LPI Four Point Promise, we’ll:
1. Contact you each year to update your Retirement £inancial Freedom Map.
2. Agree all fees in writing before commencement of any work, no hidden charges!
3. Give you a written summary of our work and recommendations.
4. Deal with all enquiries swiftly:
a. Telephone call within 1 working day
b. Emails within 2 working days
If we don’t deliver our promise, LPI will not charge you your annual fee and put £100 into one of your investments.
